Can I pick up my order at a branch?
Yes! You can select the in-store pickup option at checkout. Only available at Plaza Gala Zone 13.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have up to 3 business days to pick up your order once you receive the email or message confirming its readiness. If you need to extend this time, please contact us directly.
Can I make my purchase online and pay upon pickup?
We currently accept online payments for pickup. If you'd like to pay upon pickup, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp to coordinate your order manually.
